This Pricing Policy explains how ClapNow handles pricing, payments, and fees for transactions on the ClapNow platform (the “Platform”). It should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Customer Pricing

No Extra Charges: Customers will only pay the price listed on the Platform at checkout. ClapNow does not add any hidden charges or buyer fees.

Final Price: The listed price is the total amount a customer pays.

2. Seller Pricing and Handling Fee

Handling Fee: ClapNow adds a handling fee to the seller’s base price before listing the product on the Platform.

Transparent Communication: This handling fee is shared with the seller in advance and deducted automatically when the product is sold.

3. Payments & Escrow

Payment Collection: ClapNow collects the full payment from the customer at the time of purchase.

Escrow Holding: The payment is securely held in escrow until delivery is confirmed.

Seller Payout: Once delivery is confirmed, ClapNow releases the payment to the seller.

4. Promotional Offers

ClapNow may occasionally roll out promotional offers or reduced handling fees. Details of such promotions will be communicated separately.
