Returns and Refunds

At ClapNow, we strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. Since many of our products are thrifted, vintage, or pre-owned, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a sale is made. This policy helps us maintain the authenticity, quality, and exclusivity of our offerings.

Limited Acceptable Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

Condition Misrepresented: If your item is not in the condition mentioned on the site or shown in product pictures, you may return it for store credit or a full refund, subject to verification.

Please note: As we deal primarily in thrifted clothing, normal signs of wear are to be expected. We make sure to clearly describe and photograph all details so you know exactly what you’re getting before purchase.

All such claims will go through a thorough review. If the product was misrepresented or incorrectly delivered, we will exchange it for you within 5–7 business days, depending on availability.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, in rare cases of unforeseen circumstances, we may have to cancel an order on our end. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
